Job Description:
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the general upkeep and the engineering and maintenance requirements of the hotel’s machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, physical structure, and grounds. The Maintenance Lead may manage a team of Housepersons and/or Groundskeepers to assist all departments in the hotel by cleaning common areas, performing light maintenance, cleaning of debris from exterior grounds, stocking supplies, attending to guest service requests, housekeeping if necessary, and providing bellhop or luggage handling services. Entry Requirements Skills Qualifications Attention to detail: working carefully within the minimum time Team Work Organization and Thoroughness: completing tasks provided professionally while respecting internal hotel procedures Discretion: not disturbing guests and ensuring quality workmanship Maintenance Lead should have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, sanitation, and carpentry skills and some trade training in any one of these construction-related fields. Desired Profile: Applicants must be of legal age and be citizens of the United States or provide applicable legal permission to work. Applicants will undergo drug testing before hire.
