ABOUT YOSEMITE CONSERVANCY
The Conservancy raises money to fund major restoration projects in Yosemite as well as many programs to maintain trails, protect wildlife, help people connect with nature, and preserve the park's cultural and historical resources and more. Yosemite Conservancy is also dedicated to enhancing the visitor experience and providing a deeper connection to the park through its outdoor programs, volunteer programs, wilderness services, and bookstores. In recent years, the Conservancy has provided more than $125 million to preserve and protect the park and to enrich the visitor experience. In 2020, the Conservancy will provide approximately $15.5 million in total support, which is about 10% of the park’s annual operating budget.
